Our weight loss medications are for patients with a BMI ≥30 kg/m2, or ≥27 with at least 1 weight-related comorbidity. Patients with type 1 diabetes are not eligible for treatment. You may use our BMI calculator to check your eligibility or speak to our doctors to find out suitability for treatment.
Clinical research shows these medications can effectively support your weight loss journey. Many patients achieve and maintain clinically meaningful weight loss in the long term with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. While results vary, we encourage you to aim for noticeable progress in the first 16 weeks. If you’re not seeing the results you desire, let’s discuss alternative treatments together.
For oral medications, delivery is made within 4 hours for most orders before 5.45PM. For orders after 5:45PM, delivery will be made the following day.
However, for weight loss injectable medicine, delivery will only be made starting the following day. This injectable medicine is a temperature-sensitive product requiring cold chain management, it will be hand-delivered to ensure its integrity.
Once the treatment is approved by our doctor after consultation, our Customer Experience team will contact you through WhatsApp to schedule a delivery at a convenient date and time. Deliveries are available daily from Monday to Sunday, 10am - 5pm.
Delivery is free and discreetly shipped to your door.
For Weight Loss treatments, a mandatory video consultation is needed for our Doctors to review and approve your treatment and ensure eligibility. The one-off consultation cost $20
In order to ensure we adhere to medical regulations and ensure safety of patients, a doctor will need to conduct a video consultation, evaluate patient's medical history and lifestyle habits to determine if a weight loss medication is appropriate and safe. Additionally, a doctor can monitor the patient's progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed to achieve optimal results.

We have medications in injectable and oral pill formats and works to support healthy metabolism and suppress appetite. All of our medications are approved by the HSA and FDA for weight loss.
For injectables, the medication is injected via a pen (tiny needle — like a pinprick) in the upper thigh or abdomen. It is a simple process and your medication comes with an information leaflet with breakdown on instructions for all steps from refilling pen with needle, injecting and discarding needle. Our customer service is available to help you whenever you need help or clarifications.
For oral pills, directions of use will be printed on our prescription label pasted on your medication box.

These medications are considered safe, have been widely used since 2005 and are generally very well tolerated, with minimal side effects. All our medications are also approved by the NPRA and FDA for weight loss treatments.
If you experience any side effects such as nausea, headaches, dizziness or stomach pain please delay your next application by one week and contact our customer care team.
For patients with a personal or family history of thyroid related illness, kidney disease, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, or gastrointestinal issues, there is a higher risk for rare side effects. Please speak to our doctors on your family and medical history to determine your suitability for treatment.
Weight loss medications should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If a patient wishes to become pregnant, or pregnancy occurs, treatment should be discontinued.
